He is a certified executive and leadership coach (ACC, CCPC, Leadership Circle) trained in Adult Development, Change Management, and Emotional Intelligence. He holds certifications from both Cornell University in Diversity and Inclusion and Georgetown Institute of Transformational Leadership. Pascal has identified, coached, and mentored many individuals at different stages of their career journeys, from new graduates to C-suite executives.   Areas of practice include Executive and Leadership Performance Coaching for Individuals; Culture Development for Teams; Seeing with a Leadership Assessment; Change Management for Individuals and Teams; Polarity Management; Culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; and Strategy and Insights Consulting. Pascal has 30 years of business and organizational success leading transformations for large teams and iconic brands. Recently, he served as an SVP and member of the Altria Executive Leadership Team. During his tenure at Altria,  Philip Morris USA, and Apple, Pascal held leadership positions in marketing, consumer and marketplace insights,  and sales. He excels at unearthing unique consumer insights, translating them into actionable strategies and plans,  and enabling companies to redirect growth toward unseen opportunities. During his tenure, Pascal led by example with humanity, humility, and a commitment to excellence. He served as  a trusted advisor to executive teams on active/emerging consumer and marketplace dynamics requiring critical action.  As Managing Director at Altria, Pascal advised the Chief Operating Officers on insights, marketing, and innovation opportunities. He created an executive coaching practice for company leaders.    As SVP, Consumer Insights and Engagement, Pascal led a team of 150+ professionals providing critical consumer  and marketplace insights, and digital and marketing services for Altria Group and its operating companies. He was  a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team. As SVP, Consumer and Marketplace Insights, he built and led consumer and marketplace insights for Altria and its family of companies. Pascal served as a personal advisor to the COO, CMO, executive leadership team, and head of the operating companies.    As VP, Marketing at PM USA, Pascal oversaw the marketing and brand management organization. He created  and implemented initiatives that led the Marlboro brand to achieve continuous equity, share, and financial growth.  As Sales Director, Pascal led a team of 200+ sales professionals to build strong relationships with 10,000+ retailers  and distributors, expanding sales coverage to broaden the appeal of PM USA brands. Prior roles include a variety of marketing positions at Philip Morris USA and Philip Morris International.     Pascal started his career in marketing roles at Apple in Paris, France. He also served in the Infantry in the French Army.   He earned a Masters in Management of Innovation, Economics at the Université Paris-Dauphine and National Institute of Nuclear Sciences, and a Masters in Business Management at the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne.  He is bilingual English-French.   Pascal is an active Board Member of the Community in Schools National Office, serving on the Diversity, Equity,  and Inclusion Committee. He is also an advisor to World 50, working with executives on business and life possibilities. Pascal was an Executive Sponsor of the Altria Asian-American and the Hispanic Employee Resource Groups.  He has served as a Board Member of Richmond 2015, Inc., The World Cycling Championship, and Keep America Beautiful. He also captained a Junior Tennis Team to a USTA National Tennis Championship and served as President  of the Richmond Velo Sports Cycling and Triathlon Racing Club.    He is married with three young adult children and enjoys reading, listening to music, art, tennis, cycling, and running.</image:caption>
